Installing Titan T1607500 Surge Brake Actuator As Replacement For Titan Model 10 Actuator

Question:
Since my existing Titan model 10 actuator is welded on, is it possible to purchase everything except the outer sleeve portion meaning the portion that welds on as an assembly and avoid having to cut if off and re-weld the new one on?

Unfortunately you will have to remove everything in order to properly complete the weld install of the Titan Brake Actuator, Item # T1607500.
