Actuator Solution that Can Fit 4 inch Wide Tongue

Is there an actuator made to fit a 4inch tongue ?

You could weld an actuator like the Dexter Drum Brake Actuator part # T1607500 to the top of your trailer tongue but there isn't one that fits around a 4 inch wide tongue. If your brakes are disc instead you'd want the part # T4749600.
