What is the top width? is it around 4? Is it the same measurement as Titan Brake Actuator - Painted - Drum - 2-5/16inch Ball - Weld On - 12,500 lbs Item # T1607500. I want to convert my to Disc brakes.

The top width of the Titan Brake Actuator - Painted - Disc - 2-5/16" Ball - Weld On - 12,500 lbs # T4749600 you were looking at measures right at 4" as shown in the included diagram.
This will be the exact same dimension as the # T1607500, but you will need the # T4749600 for disc brakes as it has higher pressure which is required for disc brakes.
The # T4749600 will be an exact replacement for the # T1607500 if that is what you have on your trailer, and is designed to fit 3" wide tongues and be welded on.
