  I went out to the warehouse and pulled the same master cylinder used in the Titan model 10 actuator, # T4750800 to measure the opening where the filler cap screws in. Using digital calipers I measured the opening to be 1.56 inches (1-9/16 inches). And as best as I could tell it has 20 threads per inch. If your brakes are locking up and making the hubs hot it should not be because of that. Most likely they ended up damaging the two moving pieces and the actuator is stuck applying pressure on the brake assemblies.
