WHAT ARE THE OUTER DIMENSIONS OF THE WELD ON SECTION OF THE SURGE COUPLER? THE EXISTING PART I HAVE IS A DICO MODEL 10. THE DIMENSIONS I HAVE ARE: 4inch WIDE and 5inch TALL

The DICO Model 10 that you have is essentially the exact same thing as the Titan Brake Actuator # T1607500 that you referenced. This would be an exact replacement.
