Note: This jack set is designed to stabilize a portion of your trailer's weight, not to support the full GVWR of your trailer. Do not use these jacks to lift your trailer or RV. Doing so will exceed the capacity of the jacks.

If you are looking for a safe, durable, and dependable option for stabilizing your trailer, these scissor jacks are a safe bet. The mounting pattern and overall dimensions of each jack are industry standard, which means that they should easily bolt onto your trailer in place of your original jacks. And each jack is constructed from powder coated steel to ensure that it will resist rust and corrosion and hold up well to the elements. In addition, the installation hardware and crank are included with the set so you are ready for manual operation right out of the box.

  • Off Road Jack for Polaris General XP 4 1000 ATV
Hello Ken. The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285326 are only intended to be used as a stabilizer, they are not supposed to be used to lift. For your Polaris General XP 4 1000 I recommend the Power Mountain Tallboy Off-Road Bottle Jack - 8-1/2" to 37-3/4" Lift - 12,000 lbs # PM34FR. The weight it can handle is a little bit of an overkill, but you would be able to use this jack off road with zero issues. I am sure with how much weight it can handle, you can find other uses for it,...

  • Stabilizer Jack for Trailer with Frame Height of 21 Inches that Uses Screw Type Adjustment
For what you are wanting the best solution is a set of scissor jacks like the Lippert stabilizers part # LC285326 as these are adjustable with a long screw that runs down the jacks, and they have the height you need as they are adjustable up to 24 inches. There isn't a version of the # UF48-979004 that can be adjusted to a tall enough setting.

  • Recommended Replacement for a Domar Scissor Jack
I looked up the G-HDSJ-24 jack you're mentioning and it comes back to a scissor jack with a 7.5K capacity. Since we do not carry the Domar brand we are not going to have a direct replacement, however the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle - 24" Lift # LC285326 would work great. This part contains two jacks with a 24" lift height, a 10,000-lbs capacity, and only measures 4-1/4" when collapsed.

  • Can the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285326 be Installed on a 26 foot Motorhome
The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285326 that you referenced can definitely be used on a 26 foot motorhome that is on a Ford E-450 chassis. These are a universal fit so you will just need to make sure that you have enough space on your frame to mount the 10-1/4" long x 3-1/4" wide base. I have attached a photo giving some dimensions for you. These jacks have a load capacity of 10,000 lbs (5,000 lbs each) and can give you up to a 24" lift. Any set of scissor jacks are meant to help...

  • Are Weight Limits Combined or Per Jack for Stabilizing Scissor Jack
The stabilizing jacks are all made overseas, and in regards to the capacities, they are on a per-jack basis. So the Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with Handle - 18-3/4" Lift - 10,000 lbs - Qty 4 # TJSCHD-24-4 have a 2,500 lb capacity per jack. The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with Handle - 24" Lift - 12,000 lbs - Qty 2 # LC285326 have a 10,000 lbs capacity (5,000 lbs per jack) And the Stromberg Carlson Leveling Scissor Jack Set - 24" Lift - 10,000 lbs - Qty 2 # JSC-24 has a 5,000 lb...

  • Can You Replace the Threaded Rod in the RV Scissor Jacks
There are no replacement parts for the trailer scissor jacks, if they are damaged such as the rod being bent then you will simply need to replace the jack for which we have the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jack part # LC285325 or part # LC285326 for the pair. The mounting pattern is pretty standard so they should be an easy bolt-on swap for most applications.

  • Recommended Front Stabilizers for 2020 Grand Design Transcend 32BHS
For your 2020 Grand Design Transcend 32BHS, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors, # UF39-941705. This electric stabilizer spans the width of your rig for maximum support and has dual, 12V motors that function independently for simple leveling. The extra-large footplates help to minimize sinking and tilting and there is a hand crank included in case the battery power is too low. For the best stability, don't overlook the benefits of a great set...

  • Is There a Difference Between Ultra Fab Scissor Jacks and Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks
There really isn't a difference between the intent and purpose of the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jack # UF48-979006 and the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285326. One just has the word Stabilizer in the title and the other does not. Both will perform the same way and stabilize the trailer, only really difference is that the part # LC285326 has a 10,000 lbs capacity and the # UF48-979006 has a 6,500 lb capacity.

  • Can Scissor Jack of Trailer be Used to Change Tire
Scissor jacks are only designed to be used as a way to stabilize a camper to minimize movement when you are parked and camping. They don't have the strength to support the full weight of a camper to change a spare and honestly it would be pretty dangerous to even attempt to do so. Especially if the trailer has a 9,000 lb GVWR. Instead a bottle jack like the part # ALL647501 would be a great option to keep with in the event of a blow out.

  • Jacks for Lifting and Lowering 5th Wheel RV Camper
The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285326 are only stabilizer jacks that should not be used to try and lift or lower your 2014 K-Z Durango 336RE. For lifting the front for connecting and disconnecting the camper there are a couple options to help you with that. The jacks will have a manual override on the top of the jack. You will remove the access cap and use a ratchet to move the jacks. You can also disconnect the wiring on the jack and operate it remotely by powering the jack...

  • Locating Replacement Scissor Jacks for 2016 Keystone Springdale Trailer
Trailer manufacturers do not typically keep record of smaller parts such as the scissor jacks that would have come with your 2016 Keystone Springdale Summerland Mini 17. With that being said, just about any properly rated scissor jack will work great as a replacement. The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle # LC285326 referenced in your question have a total lift capacity of 10,000 pounds (5,000 pounds per jack). They have a collapsed height of 4-1/4 inches and a height of 24 inches...

  • Stabilizer Jacks for Wilderness 26C Travel Trailer
For your 2001 Wilderness 26C I recommend checking out the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285326. These jacks have a 4-1/4" collapsed height and 24" extended height to give you 24" of lift. That's a good question and we do have an option for you to level your camper, but for that you'll need something to go with the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285326. Scissor jacks are only meant to stabilize and aren't designed or meant to lift or level out your camper so they wouldn't be effective in that regard. Instead, you'll want a combo leveling block and wheel chock: - Andersen Camper Wheel Chock and Leveler # AM3604 You'll just put the leveler under your tires, drive over...

  • Scissor Stabilizer Jack Screws Will Not Turn
Hello Tino, thanks for reaching out. Are you able to turn the handle for the jack at all? Or is the whole thing locked up? If the handle turns but the jack does not move, it could be the nut on the other side is stripped and is not allowing the jack to go up or down. If the main screw isn't turning, it could be the screw has somehow disconnected from the screw. There is no lock mechanism for these jacks. It could be they are just too rusty/corroded, and they seized up. Either way, it sounds...

  • Will the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks Work On a Car Hauler Trailer
The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks part # LC285326 will work well on pretty much any trailer. The main thing you will need to be aware of to verify fit is lift which for this particular model is 24". If you are within both the length and weight requirements then yes, I see no reason it would not work on a car hauler.
