Today we're going to take a look at the Ark dropdown 24 inch long corner stabilizer jacks for a quantity of two. Now this stabilizer kit will come with the necessary equipment to minimize chassis movement in your camper or trailer. It includes the two jacks and the winding handle. Now these are corner stabilizer jacks. They help keep your chassis secure. They do use the twin pin locking swivel bracket with a multi positioning plate that'll give you different angles for the leg to swivel to. It uses this fold away large grip handle for comfortable and easily swiveling of the jack leg.
And they're connected to the two spring loaded pins. What you want to do is you want to rotate it, just pull it open and it'll let you rotate it to different position. And you can see the lock into place. So with this mounted on your trailer, you can see, you can put it at many different angles. If you want to totally put it up out of the way when you're traveling, just put it in the position there and you can see with it mounted under it, it'll hold it up out of the way.If you notice it has the large load bearing feet. They're ideal for soft ground. They do swivel to accommodate different terrain.
And you can see when the Jack is fully retracted, that foot will lock into place. The foot plate does measure six inches by six inches. Now to rotate it back to use it, just swivel it like that and release it and it'll lock it into place. It does come with this winding handle with the three quarter inch hex drive on it. That'll make extending or retracting your jack leg really simple. Basically, if you push your handle out of their way, put that right there and then as you twist this, you can see as you twist it this way, that'll extend the jack out to where you need it and if you do it the other way it'll retract it.Now when it's fully extended, height is 24 inches.
When it's totally retracted, like the position it is in now, is 16 inches tall. If you notice the heavy duty mounting brackets on the top here with the hardware, that's for installing it onto your trailer. This all has a nice zinc finish to it, provides corrosion resistance. And one last note on these jacks. These are stabilizer jacks, so they are not designed to do any lifting of the weight. They are only to be used to stabilize your camper or your trailer. But that should do it for the review on the Ark drop down 24 inch long corner stabilizer jacks for a quantity of two..
