Yes, you can use a Leveling Scissor Jack Set # JSC-24 to stabilize your Class C motorhome without having to attach them to your frame.
Some of the more popular options are the MORryde Hitch Mounted Trailer Stabilizer # MR22AR and Valterra Folding Manual Stabilizer # 020106 for stabilizing a motorhome. Since you will not be attaching the jacks to your motorhome these are easier to position and raise than attempting to hole a scissor jack style stabilizer. My preference would be to use the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps # 34413 in place of the included straps as they are much easier to work with.
