Are Mounting Holes of Trailer Mounted Stabilizing Jacks Universal

will the two mounting holes fit any brand?

I can't say that they're universal but many are compatible. I've provided you with a photo showing the hole spacing so you can compare your brackets to see if the Stromberg Carlson # JSC-24 stabilizing jacks will fit.

Ultra Fab also offers a similar jack # UF48-979006, I've also provided the hole spacing for that one as well. As you can see, the mounting holes are similar. You can see some videos featuring these jacks by clicking the provided links.
