Im looking for an electric rv jack for my 2011 kz spree. I want the jack to allow my tailgate be able to lower fully. What are your recommendations and whats the cost. Thank you

Hey Geoffrey, the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack part # e23ZV is a really great option that I recommend for you but as far as tailgate clearance that's hard to determine with measurements from you. That said, a longer ball mount that moves the trailer and jack out and away from the tow vehicle is normally the best way to help with jack to tailgate clearance. Do you happen to know about how much clearance you are working with?

Without knowing the measurements, it is hard to decide, but if your tailgate will not open now, it will not open with an electric jack either

I had the same concerns when shopping for a jack. Tailgate clearance. This one works perfectly with my 2022 Silverado. It is a sturdy piece, easy to install. I added a solar battery trickle charger (also from trailer) and it is great setup that fills my needs.

I have this jack but use a weight distribution hitch that moves the ball away from the truck. That said my Silverado tailgate opens no problem.
