Driving long distances with gear on the roof can get noisy fast. These aluminum aero-style crossbars are shaped to reduce wind drag, and the push-down rubber strips in the top channels seal around your mounts to cut down on vibration. The result is a quiet, stable ride even when you’re hauling extra weight up top.
No matter what you’re carrying—cargo boxes, kayaks, or bike racks—these bars make it easy. The top channels accept channel-mount attachments, while their shape also works with clamp-around mounts. You can load up for a weekend paddle or a family road trip without needing special adapters or swapping racks.
This system installs directly to the fixed mounting points on your roof using a custom fit kit. With 2 aero crossbars, 4 through feet, and all the hardware included, the setup locks down securely and gives you a stable platform for everyday hauling. Lockable leg covers help deter theft when you’re parked overnight or at the trailhead.
Each bar measures 48" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall and is made from durable aluminum that keeps weight down without giving up strength. With a total load rating of 165 lbs (always following your vehicle’s roof limits), you get the carrying power you need without overloading your setup. The black finish gives it a clean, low-profile look that fits right in with any adventure rig.

great mounts, but being they do connect to the center of the underside of the rail they have a little give when roughing things up on top. but so far they are holding up great.
I’ve had the system in place for over a year now and haul dual kayaks often! I love it! The only thing I wish I could change is the wind noise that’s comes with it. But I’m sure with any rook rack system you get that.
Installed on my go 460 a year ago. Put them on and never took them off. I have surfboard pads on as well. Noise level is not bad and I don’t even notice them anymore. Highly recommend them. Very sturdy.
Product is great. Fits perfectly with some minor measurement adjustments. Can be assembled by one person, but helps to have two. Bought the complete roof kit and well as the Inno 80 basket for a Mazda CX3, took about two hours to assemble everything.
I have a 2022 Lexus GX460 Premium. Fairly simple installation and a almost seem less transition from the fit kit to the cross bar system. Can be done by one person, but I would suggest a two-person system to expedite the process
Installation went quickly and the aero bars do not make any noise at all on my Nissan Leaf; even at highway speeds.
I've completed the installation and I am very happy with the roofrack. It is very solid. However, the installation instructions must be followed very carefully, especially for the through-feet.
Easy directions to follow for install. I especially appreciate how E trailer packages all products as a unit based upon your specific vehicle. I had no idea which parts to pair together for best functionality and E trailer made it easy to create the combination of parts needed for Lexus GX460. Highly recommend.
Awesome product. It has everything in it needed to mount to multiple different vehicles. From what I remember it was a little confusing to figure out which pieces I needed to use. To have specific instructions for every possible combination would be impossible. The instructions are vastly better than IKEA's instructions.
The only problem that I am having is that I need to move the rack to a different vehicle and I do not remember where I put the extra parts.
These work great! Perfect for mounting J-bars to carry our kayaks. We've already used them for over 30 trips with our kayaks, and they are still like new. e-trailer always provides expert help in making sure I am getting exactly what I need. I am a loyal repeat customer.
Ellen was very knowledgable about the product and helpful in getting the exchange processed. And while the product itself seems to be of excellent quality, I did have to trim the crossbars a bit in order for them to fit precisely enough that the plastic pieces that cover the metal hardware could actually fit properly and be locked on, as they are supposed to be. There is no leeway for a non-perfect fit. It would be easy for me to mount a new set if I had to, but doing it for the first time was very time-consuming. The mechanism is somewhat complicated, and the directions were OK but could have been a little clearer on a couple of the procedures. Try it some time and you'll see what I mean.

I just received and instilled my rack system. Time will tell, but my initial reaction is that of disappointment with the quality of the system, considering what I spent. The cross bars seem to be plastic, and the end caps on the cross bars seem to be plastic and covered with a faux metal chrome. I am curious to see how well this system holds up to the hot Florida sun. The positive is that I like the general shape of the aero crossbars, and they are relatively quiet when I am driving.
Purchased with the, "Inno Through Feet for Aero Crossbars," for our 2017 Sienna. Pretty simple to install, maybe 20minutes after reading instructions. Seems solid.
These fit the car along with the other Inno items perfectly. They are very secure when combined with the other Inno products. No worries of the rack system coming off. Using them to transport kayaks using kayak holders.

I upgraded to these Aero Crossbars hoping it would mean a quieter drive with less wind noise. I am so glad I did. There is not noise at all with these bars. I use them with my roof cargo carrier and I don't even notice it is there. These bars are even strong enough to haul my canoe. I am very pleased with them.
Once again etrailer.com delivers. Finding a crossbar solution for my 2021 Lexus GX 460 was far more challenging than expected until I visited the site and found exactly what I needed. The fit kit worked great and the quality of the feet and crossbars on par or better than other brands (who dropped the ball on having a product available for this vehicle). The rack is on, secure and now carrying my Thule cargo box. Very happy.

Very nice quality, made in Japan. Easy to install using the Inno XS150 base stays. The 51" was a nice size for my 2015 Touareg. Many of the manufacturers recomment wider (53-54"), but I like the narrower profile. Unfortunately, the Aero design still creates a slight bit of wind noise at highway speeds, and it gets worse if the sunroof is raised (vent). I like the soft rubber T-channel material which allows the accessories to mount without cutting the material. I also like the slightly arched shape.
