Hi Scott, thanks for reaching out. A great replacement for the 3,500-lb Lippert jack on your Jayco 32BHDS is the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack – A-Frame – 18" Lift – 3,500 lbs # e23ZV. It’s a bolt-on swap with the same capacity, upgraded weather-resistant switches, a built-in LED light, and a manual crank backup in case you ever lose power. It also includes a vinyl cover to help keep it protected when not in use.
Are you mainly looking to replace it because the old jack is getting slow or noisy, or are you just wanting something a little more reliable for the long term?

Jesse, You asked for my comment regarding the replacement power lift jack. My neighbor has a 2014 Prowler. Nice camper. Well cared for. He and his wife were getting ready to go on a camping trip and he discovered his OE lift jack had expired. He was frustrated to say the least. He was talking about having to call around and attempt to chase down a replacement. I told him to wait 5 minutes before doing anything. I walked back to my home, opened my laptop and went straight to etrailer.com. I looked up possible replacements, printed them off, and walked back over. He not only got a better jack at a great price, he didn't have to search for one. Your quick delivery saved them from rescheduling their getaway.
