Welcome back Larry! The answer to your question entirely depends on which Jack-It bike rack you have. If yours is the Lets Go Aero Jack-It PLUS item # LGA47ZR or Jack-It Pro 2 item # LGA55VR, then the answer is yes. From the top of the mounting plate to the top of the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack item # e23ZV is only 20" so you'll have plenty of room.

I don’t use a bike rack with this trailer. The Jack has worked great with my trailer which has a heavy tongue weight If you have questions about the performance of the Jack let me know. It has performed well for me.
