If my battery is dead or the electric motor malfunctions, is there a way to manually raise and lower and the jack?

Hello. The etrailer Electric Trailer Jacks # e55ZV and # e23ZV do have a manual backup option. You just remove the rubber cap on top of the housing and you can use the included manual crank to raise/lower the jack. Take a look at the picture below and let me know if you have any other questions.
