Hey Michael! The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ 7-Way # e74GV you were looking at will definitely have enough lift for your Coleman 13R. This is a great option if you just want to power the jack off the 7-way on your vehicle instead of running it to the trailer battery.

If you would rather have a hard-wired option the # e23ZV would be a better choice. This will be permanently connected to the battery on your trailer. Both will fit the standard A-frame jack mounting holes on the tongue of your Coleman and be able to lift it as much as you may need.

Any big trips coming up with your new trailer?

The jack will work fine without making any electrical connections. It will plug directly into your 7 way trailer on your truck. I opted later to connect it to my trailer electric so the jack would work off the trailer battery as well as the trailer 7 way connection.

Easy to install and it works well, one thing to be aware of is how high (While Retracting) you can go with it. They put a Red linemaking around the thing and if you go to far with it shorts out and blows the fuse (I installed a 25amp fuse to protect my wiring). So, be careful when retracing it, don’t go beyond that Red line and I would most definitely install an in-line fuse to protect the wiring. Hope this helps…
