Purchased for my 2013 Grand Cherokee. The Hidden Hitch does as it names states, only the receiver is visible. Easy to install. I would also give etrailer 5 stars on this purchase. I made an error on the shipping address in my original order (cannot ship to PO Box) and they called me right away to rectify that. I received regular e-mail updates on shipping status.

The hitch fit perfectly! The installation was very straight forward and took me less than a half hour to install it. The wiring harness was also very easy to install and mated with my existing factory harness easily. The hitch looks great and is completely hidden behind the factory rear lower bumper valance. i love the way it looks! When i purchased my new Grand Cherokee last month i went brain dead with all the options available and totally forgot the i needed a trailer hitch to tow my motorcycle trailer. Your product came to the rescue, and also saved quite a bit of money in relation to what the factory hitch option would have cost. The last thing that i wanted was an ugly receiver hitch hanging below my rear bumper. Your hidden hitch solved all my problems. Thanks for a great product!
2015 Grand Cherokee Limited installation was exactly as described. Before installing the hitch, pry out, by wigging and prying, part of the factory wire harness. You need to take out the one at the plug and the next one up the wire so you will be able to plug it into the new wiring plug. As stated in other reviews, the new installed plug WILL NOT WORK until you take the vehicle to a dealer to have the computer "flashed" (and your wallet emptied of $130). Dealer wanted $51 for the plug PLUS you still needed to pay for the "flash". It makes no sense the manufacture puts the harness wiring on a vehicle but it isn't able to work! Go Figure!
One of the hardest parts of the installation was loosening the four factory installed bolts that are re-used to mount the hitch. The long torque wrench did the job but a pipe added to a ratchet handle would work. Metric socket is NOT necessary if you have a fractional set. The required 115 lbs. of torque is basically---as tight as you can get it with the set up (extra pipe on your wrench) you used to loosen those factory bolts. I also used a floor jack to position the hitch for installation. Worked perfectly with a little wiggling. Make sure hitch is stable on the jack as you will no doubt be under the hitch getting those bolts in.
My hitch arrived well packaged but had an unpainted spot on one of the welds which I touched up with a glossy, black outdoor spray paint--BEFORE installation. I also saved the clear plastic end cap used in shipping. I trimmed it with scissors, and used a glossy, black fusion spray paint for plastics to paint --inside and out. Makes for a perfect cover when the ball mount is not in place.
The final install is great because all you see is the receiver square and the plug. Thus the name "Hidden Hitch". It fits right under the bumper. Great choice---I feel. Ball mount came with the hitch pin.
Installation was a breeze. The Hidden Hitch receiver bolted right in. As I was working alone, I used a floor jack to support the receiver for installation.

Bought this for my son's new Altitude and it took 10 minutes to install. Great ship time also, ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered to my door on Wednesday. Good quality product and fits perfect.
Great product - fits perfect and very easy to install, though two things to note:
1. You need to put some serious elbow grease into getting the factory bolts off - a long leverage bar works well.
2. It definitely helps to have two people to install this. One to hold it in place and one to fasten it to the frame. I did it myself, but had to get creative...
All in all, installed in under 30 min.
