Special thanks to Goerge J. for expedititing my latest order. I am completely satisfied with all of the items that I ordered from etrailer and would recommend the entire package to anyone who wants to make their Chevy Trax a "little hauler". My next move is to go out and buy the trailer so that I can put all of those great products to work. Thanks again etrailer. 775630

I am very pleased with my service from etrailer. After I ordered, I got a call from an etrailer rep who advised me that the two parts I ordered would not work together, and she had a ready (and cheaper!) suggestion of an alternative part that made the whole order workable. My order came very fast, even though I didn't use the fastest shipping method. 750224

I recently ordered several products from the website. As one who does regularly order online-- I want to say that the whole process was EXCELLENT. The access to information and videos about the product is outstanding. All questions you might have can easily be answered at each site. The products arrived and were as presented. I recommend etrailer for all related needs. 739554

While this seems to be a sturdy, well-made product, it is not the optimum set-up for a Subaru Outback equipped with a factory-installed 1.25" hitch. Quite simply, the pin hole drilled in the 1.25" section is not where it should be. In order for it to line up with the hole in the Subaru hitch, the hole would need to be another 1.5" or so closer to the "rear". Not that this doesn't work, for it does--- but with the unit sticking out yet another 1.5" or so from the hitch. To remedy this, I drilled another half inch hole into the unit where it should be located. Now it works great, but it took considerable effort (and a $20 titanium drill bit) to get it right. Again, this unit will work in a Subaru Outback without drilling another hole in it; it's just not optimal. 715101

A little smaller in diameter than what I needed. Otherwise, I think it’s okay. 686446

by:

Easy to lock and unlock and plenty strong for my little trailer rig. My only disappointment was that the rubber dirt cover broke at the rubber hinge after only a few trips so now the keyhole is subject to road and campground dirt, dust and mud. I just cover it with a small strip of duct tape. That's not a great solution but it does work. Other than that I like the product very much. 686434

Product seems to be of good quality and should do the job well. Having all the keys match (3 locking pins) is a GREAT plus! If I have any complaints, it's in how it works. It's not bad, just wasn't expecting it. Basically you screw on the end while the key is in the lock. Not a big deal, as I won't be taking these off and on, it was just different from what I was expecting. And of course, great service by eTrailer folks. They put this package together for me and it arrived in time and it was right. They do a great job here. 686408
