I do have a hitch option for the 2016 Toyota Corolla but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit part # C11375 is a fit for the Scion Tc.
I recommend the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11265 for the 2016 Toyota Corolla because it provides more ground clearance than the other option. When you carry accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier, they are less likely to drag the ground with more ground clearance. I have attached an installation video for your reference. You may also consider a locking hitch pin part # e98879 to keep your accessory locked into the hitch.
