The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class I # C11424 is a confirmed fit for the 2018 Hyundai Elantra non-sport model sedan. Because this is the same hitch without the euro ball mount, the Curt # C114242 you asked about will also fit and comes with the 2 inch ball euro style ball mount.

If you also need trailer wiring, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118692. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your Hyundai Elantra's wiring harness, which is located inside your rear cargo area, behind the tail lights on both the driver's side and passenger's side. You will need to run a power lead up to your car battery, so I've attached an article to assist in routing that wire.

The hitch pin and clip do not come with the trailer hitch receiver and ball mount. You will want # F-4 for a standard pin and clip or # e98879 for a locking hitch pin.
