For a stock 2023 WRX, what drawbar rise/ is recommended with this hitch?

Hey Edgar,
For the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C84ZV that fits your 2023 Subaru WRX, the ball mount/drawbar Curt recommends is the 2-5/8" Rise/3-1/4" Drop Curt Drawbar # C45521.
Just keep in mind this drawbar doesn't come with a pin and clip or hitch ball, so you'll need to get that separately. For the pin and clip use # F-4, or instead you can secure it with Hitch Lock # e98879. For a hitch ball, depending on your trailer coupler you'll need either 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # C40001 or 2" Hitch Ball # C40018.
And lastly, if you need a 4-way trailer wiring harness, the right fit for your '23 WRX is the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56ZV.
