Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Mystik JT-6 high-performance synthetic grease in this one-pound can. Now this is an advanced multipurpose grease which is a long-life industrial lubricant. This is ideal for use on equipment that's exposed to a wide range of operating temperatures and environments. The recommended operating temperature range for this grease as zero degrees Fahrenheit up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. This does resist breaking down in water with superior washout resistance.
The specs on this, the NLGI rating is #2 and that measures the relative hardness of the grease, so the #2 indicates a viscosity about the consistency of peanut butter. The drop point on this, which is the temperature which it passes from a semi-solid to a liquid state is 500 degrees Fahrenheit. And this is for a quantity of one, one-pound can, has the pop top opening on it and comes with this resealable lid. Grease is still greasy
Can was dented. I needed the Mystic JT-6 high temp bearing grease. Website was not clear that this is a low temp (235 degree max) grease. Wasted money due to e-trailer charging a restocking fee and shipping for returns

Great service and product! Items shipped next day and the order tracking is way better than most trailer part sites. Items packed well in box is a big plus as receiving damaged parts can kill a weekend project plans. I will order all my related parts from etrailer.
The can came partially smashed, but the grease works excellent
