Compact and easy to carry, this folding grapnel anchor is made for boaters who like to stop and take in their surroundings or fish. It packs away neatly, locks in place for reliable holding, and is tough enough for every small-craft outing.
A grapnel anchor is built for those who love exploring close to shore, fishing quiet coves, or tying up at a sandbar for a swim. Its compact design makes it a natural fit for personal watercraft, dinghies, and other small boats, giving you reliable hold without the hassle or weight of a full-sized anchor.
Storage space is at a premium on a small craft. This anchor folds up flat, slips under a seat or into a storage compartment, and locks securely in place. When it is time to anchor, just open the flukes, lock them in position, and you are set in seconds. When you are ready to move, unlock, fold, and go.
Four flukes mean more chances to grip, even on rocky or grassy bottoms where other anchors might slide. The grapnel design helps you anchor with confidence, so you can enjoy the moment you're creating. whether you are casting a line, having lunch on the water, or making a quick stop along the shore.
Made from heavily galvanized, malleable iron, this anchor is built to last through season after season of adventure. Lightweight and easy to handle, it's perfect for anyone who values simplicity, versatility, and a clutter-free ride.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Attwood Marine, 5 pound, Grapnel Folding Anchor for personal watercrafts, dinghies, and small boats, has a galvanized finish to it. Now this is a 5 pound anchor, so it is a perfect size for your personal watercraft, your dinghy, or even a small boat. This one is a four-fluke grapnel anchor, which will grip securely in mud, sand, gravel, or rock. And it gives you a nice, reliable hold without the hassle of a full size anchor. And we mentioned this is a grapnel anchor, and that means it's a compact-folding anchor that's easy to stow away.
Makes it a smart choice for boats with limited storage space. This does weigh just 5 pounds, so this anchor's easy to carry, quick to deploy, whether you're heading out solo or with friends. And a lockable design on this keeps it secure in both open and closed positions, so set up and storage is always straightforward. Right now you can see we have this turned down on there and it keeps the flukes in the open position. If you wanted to store it away, you just line the openings with those slots.
Once they line up, you slide that all the way up, hold up the top, you can fold 'em in just like that. And once you get 'em all folded in, drop it back down, line the slots up, and then just turn it to where the slots don't line up, and it'll keep it in the lock position. Simple as that. Now this is built from heavy galvanized, malleable iron. So this anchor's ready for season after season of use on the water.
And it is tough enough for rocky or rough conditions, yet very simple to pack away after a day of exploring. Again, the anchor type is a four-fluke grapnel. And again, to open it, just turn this, raise it up till they fall open, and then drop it back down. Line those slots up right here. Turn it where it locks it in place.
And now you're ready to go. Weight on this is 5 pounds. Now this is also available in other sizes or weights for different size watercraft. They also come in a 3 pound and a 7-1/2 pound. We do sell those separate on our website. Now we do also offer many other items for your boating adventures. Just click on the Marine tab at the top of our website page.
