My trailer has a straight 1.06" diameter shaft. From the shaft shoulder to the tip of the threads is 4.25". 5 lug 13" tire on 5 on 4.5 rims. I'm guessing fully loaded 2200 lbs? I can't do high end hubs so middle of the road will have to do.

Given the information you've provided the best option is going to be the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,200-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized # 8-258-50UC1. This hub is going to come with the inner bearing # L44649 and race, outer bearing # L44649 and race, grease seal, grease cap, and galvanized lug nuts included so that you won't have to purchase them separately. The only thing you'll need to purchase separately is some marine grease # L74FR to pack your bearings and lube the spindle.
