Everything worked out well. On time and fits perfect. Attach hitch setup and my new Ridgeline.
It comes with a 2" inch receiver and I have a full compliment of 1.25. stuff from my previous car. All from etrailer i must admit!
so I needed the 2-1.25 reducer, a good lock, and the 7-4 reducer for my goodies!

This will work on my trailer but need a plug that will fit in here so I can plug the 7 way pole into it.

Pins on the four pin connection of the adapter were too close together and had to be pried apart with a screwdriver for it to fit in the connector on the trailer. Trailer has successfully plugged into numerous other connectors so I know the problem was the 4 pin connection on the adapter itself. Was able to make connection eventually.

Superior quality materials and workmanship on the actual hitch, BUT I am surprised a 7-pin trailer connector will not fit the flange on this hitch!!!

This was the product I need for my vehicle 2015 Honda Pilot and was not hard to put in with just a few tools and about 2 hours. It is well worth the money and looks just like the factory installed. Thank you for a great product.

Need this since the factory connector on our 2020 Infiniti QX80 only has the 7 Pole connection. Works great! Stays firmly in place.

My connector adapter that I had for at least five years disappeared. Called James at etrailer and he sorted me out quickly with a replacement that fits my 2016 TDI Touareg TDI. Plugged it in and it works just great.

Once I got the receptacle for my 2021 VW ID.4 I needed the convert. This is retained nicely by the door on the receptacle so that it does not fall off enroute.

Although I am commenting on this product, I actually would like to comment on the following products. I purchased a brake system, tow bar, base plates and wire harness from etrailer. - Both Trailer Turn Singles Blink at the Same Time on a Trailer Towed by a 2008 Chevy SilveradoTypically when both blinkers flash at the same time it is either a ground problem or a corroded or miswired connector or adapter. First examine the trailer side connector and the vehicle side connector and clean out any dirt or corrosion. Also check the adapter. If that does not fix the issue make sure that the vehicle and main trailer connector grounds are attached to clean and corrosion free bare metal surfaces. Do the same for the trailer lights.
