There is an adapter that will work for you, the Hopkins Endurance Flex-Coil Trailer Connector Adapter # HM47043. This will convert your 7-pole, blade-style vehicle-end connector for use with a 4-wire round connector. I've added a link to a video review of this product for you to take a look at.
