When you need a solid link between your vehicle and trailer, this Pollak 7-pole socket keeps things simple and dependable. It’s an RV-style connector that follows the standard 7-blade pin layout used across the industry, so it works with most trailers right out of the box. Whether you’re running electric brakes, reverse lights, or a 12-volt charge line, each circuit lines up exactly where it should for a clean, consistent signal every time you plug in.

Swapping out a worn or broken socket doesn’t have to mean rewiring. This connector plugs directly into the existing round harness on the vehicle side—no splicing required. It’s built as a direct plug-in replacement for standard USCAR-style wiring, so if your old socket’s lid is broken or corroded, you can just unplug it and snap this one in.

Towing puts connectors right in the line of road debris, rain, and dust. The Pollak 7-way socket comes with a spring-loaded cover that seals tight when not in use to keep contacts clean and dry. The heavy-duty plastic housing resists cracking and corrosion, helping ensure the pins stay protected so your trailer lights and brakes get reliable power whenever you hit the road.

Every pin on this 7-blade connector follows the standard configuration—left turn/brake at 9 o’clock, right turn/brake at 3 o’clock, running lights at 11 o’clock, brake output at the 5 o’clock pin, ground at 7 o’clock, auxiliary power at 1 o’clock, and reverse in the center. That makes testing or wiring repairs simple using any basic circuit tester. Once connected, you’ll have all seven functions ready for towing.

High-five on the install, Coach! I'm glad that even though it wasn't on the list that you were still able to get everything installed smoothly :)

1 year later and it is still working perfectly. Still looks as good as the day I installed it.

Working great!! Direct replacement for the original. I did not remove the cord of travel trailer and pulled the original plug completely out of the truck bed. This one was all plug and play.
