Optronics STL22 Series Miro-Flex Oval Sealed Tail Light Diagram

Sonically Sealed, Waterproof Trailer Light

The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.

Recessed-Mount Light

Recessed mount light

Recessed-mount trailer lights install underneath a grommet (A70GB - sold separately). These lights will extend into the mounting surface and require that a hole be cut into your trailer.

Definitely a major upgrade from the single bulbs that finally went out on my old trailer. Simple as can be when it comes to install them. I did have to run additional ground wires to get to get lights to work when the parking lights are on. Could have been due to the fact my trailer is a tilt trailer? No big deal just a heads up if anyone else is having the same problem. Pictures shows them with parking lights on and brake lights. They're bright that's for sure!

Excellent replacement products for the bullet bass boat trailer. Upgraded all trailer lights to LED.

The lights are good and standard size, but they seem to have a slightly off plug receptical. I ordered 6 of them and all seemed to be the same. I had to bend my connectors with a pliers a little bit to get them plugged in.

Ordered led lights to replace all the lighting on my triaxle trailer. Parts arrived sooner than expected and were a terrific upgrade. I had an issue with one taillight. The item was replaced at no charge, no hassle, no questions asked. Fantastic customer service.

One was fine, the other is a different light. I ordered 2 of this model and got one and a 72RB plus it looks used, the lens is all scratched

Wow, I am sorry that you received the wrong product. Customer Service will take care of this for you.

Sirs: I have a ten-foot enclosed motorcycle trailer that I purchased new in 2010. Recently, I noticed the existing taillights were working -- but were far from being safe. I assumed that I had a wiring problem and that I might have to take the trailer somewhere and have the wiring harness checked and/or replaced. Fortunately, I looked at several of the videos on your web site and decided that I would replace the existing taillights before committing to a re-wire job. I ordered a pair of STL22RB 12 diode trailer lights and a pair of a70gb gaskets. These items arrived in the mail yesterday, and I installed them this morning. Problem solved! The new LED lights work quite well, and the installation took less than five minutes. I have some light bulbs in the house that take longer to replace than did these taillights. Thanks, guys, the videos that I looked at on the web site convinced me that I could do the job simply, quickly, and safely. Piece of cake!!! Now, I may change out all the old marker lights with new LED lights. Thanks, again. Lou C.

These LED lights are still working as well as the day day they were installed. Great product. Great video info provided by

Bright lights. Great upgrade from the incandescent. Very easy to remove old ones and install these on my triton snowmobile trailer.

these lights are bright, reliable and after being submersed a 100 times still like the day they were put on. Highly recommend these and anything you may need from the good folks at etrailer.

Love these LED trailer lights and now Love Etrailer!! Did a quick Google, found these guys, they had what I was looking for and at a great price. Their shipping was FAST, and I really liked the e-mails letting me know every little thing about my order and when it will arrive. Installed them the same day I got them. Installation was very easy and the lights were VERY bright. We had to bring the 3k pound trailer home today in 6" of snow. I felt great knowing the people behind me knew I was hitting the break, because you can see these break lights from a mile away!! Thanks Etrailer!!

Good design and materials. Bright light, and easy fit into accessory mounting parts. As a single middle third light, it functions as a brake, running and directional lights. Perfect for a hitch mounted bicycle rack.

The lights were great. Instigation was very easy. The service and delivery time was excellent. I will adding more LED lights to my trailer and I will be buying them here! Thank you to your entire staff!

These lights were an exact replacement for the original incandescent lights in my car trailer. They are very bright, and traffic behind me actually pays attention when I turn my signal on now. They are a much needed improvement over stock. Juanita was also very helpful in verifying that I had the right connector for them. Very prompt shipping too, as I had them in 3 days after I ordered them.

The lights work as good as new. They are a great replacement over stock tail lights.

I needed a replacement left tail / stop light combination for my trailer. After loosing the operation of one of the two lights which left me vulnerable to a possible accident or ticket violation during the last long trip I was on, I chose the STL22RB LED above for lasting durability (usually found in LED's) and quicker response time in operation over incandescence lamp fixtures that were originally installed on my 2015 Big Tex Trailer. I have been adding extra LED marker light fixtures to my black Big Tex over the last year to make it more visible during night time operation and easier to operate in motion at night. The both fixtures were easily changed and work flawlessly.

Awesome tail lights

good deal - had to replace a light that had burned out in 6 months and figured i'd do the smart /safe thing and put in brighter long lasting led's . so glad i did , worth the extra money , nice and bright. slid right into the existing rubbers.

still working great a year later. really make the back of my car trailer much more visible - great deal thanks.

What do y'all want a follow up to? If i had a nickel for every item I've ordered off of ETrailer, I wouldn't have to work for a few months... I keep coming back because the prices are fair, shipping is free and fast, and ETrailer has everything I need. I do wish you sold trailer kits though. Being a welder, I have built a few trailers in my free time and sold them for a small side business. Why isn't there an axle, fender, brakes, springs (shackles and all hardware) tires and wheels kit? It would be nice to not have to go and click and add to cart all the multitude of items I need to build a trailer individually. Just saying...

they are nice and bright sorry no picture of them in action video would not load to site

Ahhhh! Is all I hear from those behind me cause they are so bright and thats what you need on the back of your motorcycle. Very pleased!!!
Randall - 07/30/2017

Best light on the market and worth the $$. Keeps us from having to run DOT tape on the trucks b/c of its reflective property.

Super bright! Easy to install. Amazing prices. Bright during the day and super bright at night!

Miro-Flex Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - LED - Waterproof - 12 Diodes - Red Lens - STL22RB EXCELLENT LED if you are in the market for an oval shaped RED or AMBER LED light, this new technology by Optronics, Miro-Flex is amazing. Love these over the 1st generation of LED. Reflects light even without being on, is very bright, solid construction and looks cool. Using 4 on the back of the trailer, just getting the 1st one hooked up was bright!!! Purchased the 3 pigtail to plug into it, the female plug frame is solidly constructed. This is a great purchase. Also look at the other Optronics Miro-Flex lights. ETRAILER.COM delivered quickly in a solid packaging. Great job guys!

Great service.

I upgraded the lights on my kayak trailer from incandescent to LED after getting tired of replacing burned out bulbs on the old lights. The new STL22RB LED tail-stop-turn lights are great. I also installed the red and amber side marker lights MCL11RKB and MC11AKB and the are great too! The new tail lights are very bright when viewed from directly behind the vehicle (see picture), but they are less bright when viewed from an angle...I think that is normal with all LED lights. Everything was easy to install on my trailer with the BK70BB brackets and wiring harnesses. I will definitely recommend the lights and etrailer to my friends!

Used these to replace stock lights on a 2010 Continental Cargo (Forest River) box trailer for our Boy Scout Troop. New lights snapped in perfectly and are much brighter, factory wiring harness had no issues. Would buy again if I need to, but with LED hopefully this is a non-issue.

We wanted to replace our trailer lights with led lights, these worked out great and were a great price

  • Replacement Tail Light for Utility Trailer With Command Electronics 003-5400
The Command 003-5400 light doesn't give me specific dimensions. Base on some research it appears the Optronics # STL72RB may be a replacement option. I've attached the measurements for this light to assist. The Optronics # STL22RB is a similar light with overall dimensions of 6-1/2" long x 2-5/16" tall x 2-1/4" thick. This light uses grommet # A70GB for flush mount as well so even though they are different they mount in the same way. If you can give me dimensions and a photo of the...
