  At first glance, all the wiring connections you mention seem as if they're fine. However, the symptoms you describe sound like there's both a ground connection problem (which is why both sides flash with the turn signals) and a bad connection for the right turn signal. Please review the connections at the 7-way for the ground connections and the right turn signal. Make sure they're all connected correctly. Make sure the trailer connector ground connection on the vehicle side is secure....
