The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.
A PC-rated light produces a 90-degree angle of light to either side of its centerline for a total of 180 degrees of coverage. This beam pattern can be clearly seen when you are standing directly in front of the light, as well as when you are standing on either side of the light. When properly installed, this type of light can function as both a front clearance light and a side marker light or as a rear clearance light and side marker light.

PC rated.Once again, your shipping department failed to properly package these to prevent them from banging around against each other in the box.
This nonsense is getting really old. Nearly every time I order these lights they aren't properly packed. The only time an order does get packed properly is the order I place AFTER I complain about your crappy packing. THe order following my complaint order is properly packed, then the shipping department once again forgets how to properly pack stuff on all subsequent orders. A box of read lights was sitting on top of the amber lights as they traveled 1500 miles across the US. THe amber were missing their protective bag.
PLEASE, stop shipping my orders via UPS Sure POST. THe postal service takes over delivery and delays the package by 1-2 days. Ship UPS ONLY!

Very good experience and nice selection. Spent the winter restoring boat trailer. etrailer had spring eye bushings, shackle bolts, u-bolts and hub seals. Then topped it off with new LED lights. couldn’t be happier. Even had to exchange some lights because I ordered wrong size, no problem.
Replaced 2 within a year. Would work then go off and turn back on. Almost like it got hot and turned off to cool

Decided to put these on the tongue of pontoon trailer. Helps you see the steps to get into the boat better.
First light flickered. Etrailer sent another right away. All working great and bright.
I needed to replace the original marker lights, which were these. I did not want to drill other holes for different style of lights. Original lights were new in 2007 on a boat trailer. It is in fresh and salt water. One light failed this year the other had only 6 leds still working. The failed one was 2/3 full of water, upon checking it no water would shake out of it. Unknown how water got in. It would be nice if everything would last forever but, on a boat trailer things do fail. I travel with the lights on during most towing. With the bouncing of the travel and being in/out of water, I consider 8 years OK for their life. Price is great. Easy to replace, 20 mins for both.

I recently ordered lights to replace the original lights on my neighbor’s 20 year old DewEze Jay Bed and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process!
Everything arrived quickly and in perfect shape with plenty of cushioning to prevent damage.
The combination tail lights are simply perfect for the application and the reverse lights are BRIGHT!
I actually prefer these surface mounted tail lights over the gasketed style that is currently on my flatbed trailer.
In the future I will be ordering several sets of these to replace the lights on the trailer and for a flatbed that will be going on my own truck, I’m planning on using two sets in the truck’s flatbed with one set on the headache rack using the reverse lights as bed lights, I shouldn’t have any problems seeing stuff on the bed at night.
These look like they are going to work very well on the side of our RV. I was very impressed with how fast they arrived and I'd be glad to do business at etrailer.com again!

Nice sealed Light. LEDs are seen CLEARLY at any angle from 180 degrees because of some forward/reverse pointed LEDs which provides unusual effect not achieved by incandescent versions. Note that there is no grounding through the mounting screws or on the rear surface in any form - the ground wire MUST be hooked up. Also there is no wire clearance built into the housing so the wires MUST pass through the mounting surface (via a hole) on the backside. Last, the mounting hole is all plastic so do not overtighten - use of locking screws/nuts would be a good idea.
LED light is well made. Mounted two on each side of our coach to act as midship turn signals. Older incandescent lights at night are not really an issue but I needed "attention getters" in the daytime and these lights have rear and forward facing LEDS which greatly improve visibility. Use these for your midship marker/turn indicators - you will not be disappointed. Additionally, I find ETrailer to be very professional, always offering many products with plenty of assistance to support your installation.
Very well built lights that are nice and bright. I haven't had a chance to back my jetski trailer into the water yet but I'm optimistic that these lights will survive just fine.
This is my second order from etrailer, both orders were quick, easy online orders. The LED marker lights are very bright in the daylight making it easy for people to see my RV changing lanes and at night it makes my RV very easy to see. Great product and great website to order from.
There's a lot of lights out there like this one. This is one of the good ones. No hardware included but it can be used in lots of applications and a couple of screws are cheap. Totally waterproof, sturdy, and bright.
