Trailer sent another one right away no hassle.
Loved the easy installation and plug that eliminates splices, but my light has already stopped working. maybe they just aren't suitable for a boat trailer.
Light got water intrusion and stopped working after a months use. Warranty isn't honored unless shipped back in for examination. Leaving you to have to purchase another light in the mean time to stay legal
Ordering was quick and easy. The taillight was an exact match for my trailer. It was delivered in three business days and installation took about ten minutes.
Easy install. I think it was pretty expensive for one light.

Tail light assy was perfect fit for tracker trailer. Easy installation. Along with order confirmation, I was given a name, email and phone number to call with questions or concerns. That’s great customer service. Order arrived in great shape in 3 days. Will definitely order from Etrailer in the future.

Easy plug and play install, matches what came on the boat trailer perfectly.
Fast ordering and delivery process, found the light I needed when I could not find on other site
The good: This is virtually a direct replacement for the driver side light for the boat trailer that came with the BassPro Tracker 2020 Grizzly 1754 SC - even the connector is identical (which I like, as opposed to just using wire nuts to connect bare wiring). I give three stars because of that. Initially, the LEDs were nice and bright but, that takes me to the bad...
The bad: It failed after less than a year. Checked the LED lights one morning and they were very dim compared to the other light on the passenger side. When we got back later that afternoon, the lights were completely out. The LEDs died. There was no damage to the light - the LEDs just seemed to die after less than a year.
The silver lining: Another reason I bought this was specifically for the lifetime warranty on the LEDs. The support I got from etrailer was excellent. I sent in the bad light, and within a week of them receiving it, I got back a free replacement under that lifetime warranty, with no hassles whatsoever. etrailer support was extremely easy to deal with and the no-hassle handling of the warranty is the reason I'll buy from etrailer again.

Your connector on your trailer either must fit this three prong connector or you have to cut it off. Can you believe, the manufacturer does not sell this odd connected set up
Arrived earlier than expected, packaged well so no issues with being damaged in transit. Thought the price was a little high compared to other tail lights but it is OEM on the trailer.

I know that this light is considered to be submersible. Can you tell me more about what happened with it. The LEDs in the light are covered by a lifetime warranty. I can send you the warranty details if you want.
