This Optronics square light uses 6 bright white LEDs with an amber lens to deliver strong illumination for clearance or side marker use. The LED setup lasts up to 50 times longer than traditional bulbs and draws only 0.054 amps at 12.8V, making it efficient and low-maintenance. There are no filaments to break or bulbs to replace—just steady, reliable light whenever you need it.
Keeping your trailer visible doesn’t require extra parts with this design. The built-in reflex reflector lets you skip adding a separate reflective marker, simplifying your setup while keeping it DOT compliant. It’s one less piece to buy and install, and it still meets safety visibility requirements day or night.
Installing the light is straightforward thanks to its stud mount and compact dimensions—2-7/8" long, 2-1/8" tall, and 15/16" deep. The included stud and nut secure it firmly in place, while the black wire connects to power and the white wire provides a clean ground. Whether you attach the ground at the stud or directly to the trailer frame, the two-wire setup makes wiring quick and clear.
The light’s housing is made of durable ABS plastic with a black base, paired with a tough acrylic lens that stands up to road wear and weather exposure. It’s P2 rated for a 90-degree light spread—45 degrees on each side of centerline—ideal for use as either a clearance or side marker light when properly mounted. Though not submersible, it’s built for consistent performance in normal road conditions with a lifetime warranty on the LEDs for peace of mind.

These lights were replacements for bulb-type clearance lights on a 4' by 8' utility trailer. The original lights were OK but beat up by string trimmers over the years.
These lights were an exact fit and installed perfectly. They are at least twice as bright as the originals. When the time comes to replace the tail lights, I will go with LEDs as well.
The most time consuming part of installation was trying to find my wire splicing hardware (cable-to-cable connectors) and I would suggest you bundle these with the lights for convenience.
Excellent products. These lights work perfectly, are rugged and seem to last. The license plate lights are super bright so law enforcement have no problem reading the plate which avoids unnecessary stops. The lights are directs replacements as well so no modifications needed. Great products. I recommend etrailer to many of my friends and colleagues.
6 LED marker lights perfect upgrade for my 2004 utility trailer replacing factory incandescent bulbs. Much easier to see trailer when pulling and backing at night. Much safer for others to quickly spot my trailer in bad weather conditions... much BRIGHTER !
Unlike others manufacturers, there is more than enough wire to allow easy soldering along with a ring terminal which guarantees a perfect ground to trailer.

Replaced all of the lights on my utility trailer, whose incondescent bulbs were constantly breaking, with LED lights and fixtures. The LED lights are bright and dependable. The onboard computer senses when the trailer is attached and works fine with the LEDs. I'm very pleased that I made this switch and with the parts provided by etrailer.com. Good quality parts at reasonable prices.

Very easy to install with the center post / bolt just like the marker lights I was replacing, Just had to add a ground (drill a hole to attach the ground wire to the frame). This is an extremely bright led- way brighter than the incandescent one I replaced and hopefully will last the life of the trailer (no more bulbs to replace!)

Great, bright light -have had no issues with them after a year
Installed this and several other lights on a new trailer. Factory lighting and wiring left a lot to be desired, and with the help of etrailer.com I was able to get everything fixed up like I wanted.
Lights work very well - clear and bright yellow clearance markers.

I got fed up with the bulbs losing contact in the stock clearance lights that came installed on my trailer. These were the solution. The LEDs should last a good long time and vibration won't be an issue. They are plenty bright enough as far as I'm concerned. As inexpensive as they are, they still seem to be fairly well made. A couple of self-drilling screws for the ground leads, a couple of crimp connectors and some heat shrink tubing for the power leads were all I needed to complete the swap. I'm totally satisfied. If these lights fit your application, buy them.

They are perfect and simple to install
This light style came on my trailer. Occasionally, one gets broken. These are exact replacement for the originals, work great with excellent visibility, and are easy to install.
I thought it was a lot of money for such a small light. It was received in a timely manner.
This is a nice quality light and the LED aspect of it is sweet. I am holding back a star because the black wire that powers the light is ridiculously short. If you are running the light out on a fender, you have to split your wire harness and send the brown wire to it. If the manufacturer had spent another one tenth of a cent and made the black wire longer, it would have been better. Also, the back of the light, the grooves for the wire are a bit shallow. Difficult to get the light to sit properly. Once it's up and running it's quite sharp.
My two year old yacht club trailer side marker lights had a mind of their own and would inadvertently decide to energize or not. The bulbs could not be replaced as these were a one piece unit.I ordered two LED marker lights from etrailer and after replacing the incandescent fixtures I haven't had an issue. I predict my rear lights being next.
It’s a light, I wired it up, it works.
Purchased it to replace the one I hit with lawn mower.
I had to change my marker lights to LED when I upgraded my tail / brake lights to LED. Easy to install and they emit bright light.
I had to replace a side marker light on my 2015 trailer. I am the second owner and have had it for eight years. It came equipped with Optronics lighting all around, but one side marker had three of the six LED's out. So I replaced it with the same Optronics lamp. I have always had good results with Optronics and this is the first time I have seen a partial failure. No big deal. Replaced in kind and hopefully I won't have to worry about it again. They make good products and I would continue to purchase this brand.

It has hold up well. Even in saltwater use the lights have not failed in a year usage.
