Is there a video to show me how to replace this light? Or even something like it with the on black wire. I need help. Just bought this from you.

While we don't have a video showing how to install the Optronics Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflector # MC76AB, I can tell you that the black wire needs to be connected to your trailer running light circuit and then the hardware used to mount it needs to be installed on a clean, bare-metal surface because that is how the light grounds.
Similar to the attached install video of the Optronics light # MCL36AB but different in that this light actually has a ground wire.
