Skip the messy bearing packing. This axle includes cast iron idler hubs that are already pre-greased and fully assembled with bearings, races, seals, and lug nuts. The 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern fits a wide range of 13" to 15" wheels, so you can bolt up and go. Straight Easy Grease spindles with built-in grease zerks make future maintenance quick and clean.
The axle beam is made from high-strength steel with precision-welded spindles and spring seats. Each weld is 40% stronger than standard processes to prevent spindle failure and hold up to heavy use. The 2-3/8" diameter round tube resists flexing and fatigue, keeping your suspension tight and your alignment true mile after mile.
Loading shouldn’t be a fight against gravity. The underslung spring seat setup lets your leaf springs mount below the axle for a lower deck height. That means easier loading and unloading for gear or equipment without sacrificing stability. If you ever need more clearance, it can also be flipped using an over-under conversion kit.

The axle shipped an hour after I ordered it and showed up two days later. All measurements were spot on and I had no issues installing it. As long as I don’t have any tire wear or hub issues in the future it has five stars, else I’ll change my review.

First axle came and was only 65" long. The axle was mislabeled during manufacturing and had a tag on the packaging for the axle I ordered 89" long. I immediately called etrailer customer service and they overnighted me the correct replacement. Correct axle was of good quality but the customer service at etrailer is top notch.
Etrailer made it easy to find the direct replacement for one of my axles on my trailer. Took me about 30 minutes from start to finish to take my old one off and put this new one on.

Axle arrived on time and in great shape. Took only four days to arrive to remote Montana. We will see how well it performs over time.
Had to return. Did not match up with old axel. Called customer service and to order special setup for older boat axel. Waiting on new order which I’ll have to weld kit on axel to match old set up. Thanks to customer service.
