Hey John,
From what I can find the Dexter 3K8874 has a 88" hubface and 74.5" spring center. The Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e65GR has an 89" hubface and 74" spring center so it would sit about 1/4" which would likely give you issues trying to line up the leaf springs with the hangers and have the wheels sit out an extra 1/2" so you could run into clearance issues with the fenders. You could technically make it work but I wouldn't recommend it when you can just order exactly what you need by calling in to our customer service department (800-298-8924).
If you do go with the # e65GR you'll want to have a qualified technician cut off and weld on the spring centers at 74.5" instead to avoid any bind ups.
