Question:

Hi can you locate parts for my boat trailer using the info below? I’m looking for two complete axle kits one with breaks and one without. Including hubs, bearing, bearing protectors, etc. Trailer: 2000 Nitro X TRL CC79674 - VIN# 4TM15FH24YB001049 - dual axle came with 2000 Nitro Tracker 929 CDX - Hull Identification No. BUJ34872900 - 21ft fiberglass

Based on that UFP H-1377 hub I can tell you have 3,500 lb axles. We have the following complete axle kits available:

-Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # e65GR

-Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - Easy Grease - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # e43SR

-Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 95" Long - 3,500 lbs # e52GR

-Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - Easy Grease - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 95" Long - 3,500 lbs # e52SR

I reached out to Ranger/Nitro with that VIN number and they were less than helpful with the axle information. You will need to measure the length of your current axle to see if it matches the 89" or 95" listed above. It is important to keep the same axle length, which is the hub face to hub face measurement. Check out the video below which shows exactly how to measure.

If you have a different length axle and can't find a replacement, you can still replace your hubs, brakes, and bearings assuming your current axles are in good shape. You would need the following:

If you are unable to find an axle that matches your current axle length, the only other option would be to use a universal replacement like the Timbren Axle-Less # ASR3500S05.
