These 79" long Thule ProBar Evo crossbars are made from lightweight, strong aluminum that handles the heavy-duty demands of hauling gear. With a 220-lb weight capacity, you get solid support for all your equipment while keeping added weight on the roof to a minimum. The durable aluminum construction stands up to long trips, rough roads, and repeated use without flexing under pressure.
Each bar features three mounting channels—on the top, back, and bottom—so you can position your gear exactly where you want it. The tri-slot setup gives you freedom to attach multiple channel-mount accessories, whether that’s kayak carriers, cargo boxes, or other add-ons. You can also use clamp-around mounts for even more compatibility. It’s a flexible system built to adapt to any trip or season.
Long drives are better without the constant hum of wind across your roof rack. The integrated rubber strips in the channels help smooth airflow to reduce drag and noise. Even at highway speeds, the design keeps things quieter so you can focus on the drive instead of fighting wind sound through an open window or around your cargo box.
You can add Thule One-Key System locks (sold separately) to secure your ProBar Evo setup and deter theft. With one key controlling all lock points, it’s a quick way to protect your rack when parked at a trailhead, campsite, or hotel overnight.
The complete system includes two ProBars, four Evo Flush Rail feet, and a custom fit kit for your roof’s flush rails. The setup holds firmly in place and distributes weight evenly along the bars, giving you a solid base for whatever you’re hauling—all with Thule’s limited lifetime warranty backing it up.
