Can the Thule roof rack work on a panoramic roof.

I checked with Thule and their roof rack fits for your 2017 Lexus RX 350 do not exclude models with the panoramic roof so it will fit. Also they do not state that it has to remain closed. The Thule rack consists of the WingBar Evo # TH711200, feet # TH710601, and fit kit # TH186044.
Normally we recommend against opening sunroofs with roof racks as the wind noise created can be pretty intense.

need longer cross bars for Flush rail 2017 RX350. I have Yakima Kayak loades system that requires 3 inches past the foot to install.
