Welcome back! I checked with our vendors and there are both hitches and roof racks available for the PHEV model of the 2023 Kia Sportage.

To add a hitch to your Kia, I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch item # e38KR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Sportage with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. I really like the etrailer hitch because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only helps with ground clearance but it looks better.

To add a set of crossbars to the flush rails on your Sportage you will want the roof rack by Thule and it includes the following parts:

Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2 item # TH711320

Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Flush Side Rails - Qty 4 item # TH710601

Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet - 6112 item # TH28JQ

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C99DR and a ball mount kit item # C45534. I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
