Can I Use Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars With a Hullavator Pro on a 2019 Volvo XC90?

To fit the Hullavator Pro 898 to my 2019 Volvo XC90 with flush rails, could I use Thule Foot Pack 710601 Thule Evo Flush Roof Rack Feet 186028 Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars 79 Long 713700 to get the correct overhang? Thanks,

Yes, you are on the right track. For your 2019 Volvo XC90 with flush rails, you can use the Thule Evo Flush Rail Feet # TH710601 with the Fit Kit # TH186028 and Thule ProBar Evo crossbars for your Hullavator Pro # TH898.
The standard crossbar length for your XC90 is 53", but the Hullavator requires the bars to extend 4" to 8" beyond the roof rack feet for clearance. Since you want that overhang on both sides, I would do a quick measurement before going with the 79" ProBars # TH713700.
Since you don't have the feet installed yet, measure from the outside edge of one flush rail to the outside edge of the other. Then add 8" to 16" to that measurement to get a good idea of the bar length you will need. This is an approximate measurement since the feet will sit slightly differently than the outside edges of the rails.
I would also take a look at the 69" Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars # TH713600. Depending on your measurement, I think those may give you the clearance you need without having as much crossbar sticking out as the 79" bars.
Are you planning on eventually adding a Hullavator to both sides? What body of water do you get out on mostly? I just went on a creek paddle a few weeks ago with some work friends, so peaceful =)

For my 2020 Range Rover Sport with flush rails, this setup worked perfectly for me. I believe most of the flush rails are pretty much the same: • Thule Wing Bar Evo Crossbars – 53", Black Aluminum • Thule TH710601 Evo Flush Rail Feet – Qty 4 This combination fit my factory flush rails and worked well for my setup. I can send a picture of the set up if you send me email, not sure i can attach here
