Can Older Thule Roof Rack be Adapted to Fit 2022 Hyundai Tucson with Flush Rails

I am a current owner of the Thule 460R foot pack from my 2022 Hyundai Palisade. I would like to move the rack to my 2022 Hyundai Tucson, but the 4093 foot kit is incompatible. both cars have flush rails, but the rail profile for clamping is different. Would the 4062 foot kit TH66AE be the compatible one to swap to? I am having issues finding compatibility information for this older likely discontinued foot packs foot kits. I would prefer to swap the foot kit is possible over having to buy a complete new foot pack and kit again to save money.

Hey Tim, so Thule did recently totally re-do their roof rack line which makes it super frustrating when you want to move a rack from one vehicle to another. Your most ideal solution is an all new system with the part # TH97SG.
You should be able to reuse your bars though and then use the feet part # TH710601 and # TH28JQ though as we have found that the older aero bars do fit with the current feet.

Hey Tim, how did things go with reusing your old Thule bars and adding the new Evo Flush Rail feet and fit kit? Your update could make it easier for others trying to move their rack between vehicles.
