What Roof Rack Do You Recommend For My 2021 Mercedes-Benz With High Roof

There is definitely a roof rack fit for your 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with the hitch roof. You indicated that you need towers/feet that are at least 8" tall. The only roof rack that would provide that type of height is a rain gutter option. In order to use a rain gutter tower/foot, you will need to install the Thule Artificial Rain Gutters, part # TH542. These artificial rain gutters do require drilling for installation. Once they are installed you can get your rain gutter mounted roof rack. It will consist of the following:

Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - 79" Long - Qty 2, part # TH713700,
Rapid Gutter Feet for Thule Crossbars - Rain Gutters - 11" Tall - Qty 4, part # TH93ZR,
Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4, part # TH450400.

This roof rack comes with feet that are 11" tall. Your rack will have the height you need to clear your vehicle's AC unit.

If you do not want to drill into your vehicle, you still have roof rack options. Your roof may have roof tracks or fixed points. Unfortunately, neither of these options will have towers/feet/legs that are 8" tall.

If you have factory tracks, my roof rack recommendation will consist of the following items:

Thule ProBar Crossbars - Aluminum - 79" Long - Qty 2, part # TH713700,
Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars - Fixed Point - Qty 4, part # TH460R,
Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet - 3101, part # THKIT3101,
Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4, part # TH450400.

This roof rack system has a weight limit of 165 lbs. I included the Thule One-Key lock cores so your roof rack can be secured to your vehicle. If your vehicle has tracks instead, you will use Fit Kit - 3032, part # THKIT3032, instead. Everything else will remain the same. Please remember that neither of these options will fit over the AC unit on the roof of your vehicle.

Are any the suggestions able to fit in my factory sprinter racks without drilling? Also was hoping for a 7in min clearance from the roof.

The Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Legs for Land Rover Defender - Gutter Mount - 8-1/4" Tall - Qty 2, part # RL210DS8, you attached to your question does not fit your vehicle. Your vehicle does not have rain gutters, so rain gutter towers will not attach to your vehicle. You cannot add something like the Thule Artificial Rain Gutters, part # TH542, without drilling into your vehicle. There is not a roof rack option that will provide you with 7" of clearance, unless it is a rain gutter mounted rack system.
