  The TracRac ladder racks have thicker crossbars which makes fitting a kayak carrier around the bars challenging but we do have a great option with the Rhino Rack carrier part # RR580 which fits into the top channels of the bars and gives you a saddle style that is very secure.   Great question. The TracONE at 27000B is the discontinued older model which has been replaced by the # TH27000XTB. Thule bought out TracRac and the only real update to that specific rack is the style of the hold downs. The newer style is more user friendly and holds ladders or cargo more effectively. If you have the older rack and want the newer style load stops you can use the Replacement Load Stops for Thule Aeroblade Load Bars, Ladder Racks, or Thule TracRac CapRac - Qty 4 # 753-3761.
