Ultimate Trailer Jack - A-Frame - Topwind - 27-1/2" Lift - 2,000 lbs
Mine arrived with a drill bit end broken into the release handle. In fact, the drill bit was what was holding it together. I don't know what a production unit has in that through hole (a roll pin?). Regardless, it isn't something you want to find in a new jack. After I punched it out, I added a snap ring pin to hold it in place. One other comment would be that the foot needs to be unbolted in order to remove the jack. Ideally a locking pin would have been better than the bolt for a "no-tools-needed" removal.
I purchased this for my off road camper, because I wanted a jack that completely retracts and doesn't leave anything hanging beneath the frame that could hang up on rocks, etc. This is just the ticket. Once hitched up, it's easy to remove the foot (or nose wheel if you prefer), and lift the jack up to its highest setting. Seems to be really well made. It's quite heavy, but offers an incredible range of height adjustment.

Round A-Frame Trailer Jack - Sidewind - 15-5/8" Travel - 5,000 lbs
Existing job site trailer jack broke Thursday. Menards, Home Depot, Northern tool, Mill didn't have the needed style in stock. Ordered it up and got here on Saturday. Perfect fit and higher weight rating than previous jack. Cranks smooth.
Item arrived one day after expected date, but that was due to UPS. etrailer has it processed and out to UPS same day I ordered it, which was a Sunday too. Item arrived great. Was exactly what was described. I could not find this same jack at other stores. etrailer had exactly what I needed and it was cheaper, with a higher rating too. Will order from etrailer again.

Fulton XLT Bolt-Thru Swivel Trailer Jack - Bolt On - Sidewind - 12" Lift - 1,500 lbs
The Item itself looks to be great. Problem is the box it was shipped in was damaged and some hardware was missing. Notified etrailer of problem but have not heard back at this time.
I ordered this jack on a Friday afternoon and it was out the door in less than an hour. It showed up when the tracking said it would even over a holiday weekend. The jack is definitely more heavy duty than the previous failed one. I expect it will be just fine. So far I have been very satisfied with etrailer on all the products and services i have received from them.

Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack - Sidewind - 15" Lift - 5,000 lbs
After the gears on my original/stock A-frame sidewind jack had stripped and failed (BAL 2000 mounted on my 2017 Forest River Rockwood mini-lite model 2306 with a dry weight of 4005 lbs), I replaced it with another BAL 2000 sidewind model which lasted less than 6 months before the gears also had stripped and failed. After reviewing numerous A-frame jack sidewind models, I decided to purchase the Bulldog A-frame sidewind model with a rating of 5000 lbs and a 15" lift. I also purchased the corresponding foot pad to help with the distribution of weight. The installation was straightforward and simple and so far, I have not experienced any functional issues with the jack. For anyone searching for and in need of a high quality and capable A-frame sidewind trailer jack, I would highly recommend this particular model.
Fast shipping, accurate description of the product. Easily installed. Definitely would buy from etrailer.com again.

Pro Series Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack - Bolt On - Topwind - 10" Lift - 2,000 lbs
I needed a swing jack for my 25' boat trailer, to move it around without hitching to my truck. As you can see, by the pictures, I bolted on a 10" lawn / garden swivel caster to the foot of your jack. This way I can drop the jack down and raise the original jack up (which has a too small wheel that sinks into my soft yard). In this way I use my lawn tractor to move the boat around my yard. Hitched to my truck and the rig is to long to maneuver.
The product, a trailer jack,is very good. The delivery by UPS was terrible. They left my package out by the road leaning against the mailbox. They always bring things up to the house and put it on the porch. Its a miracle it wasn't stolen. I reported it to etrailer and I will report it to UPS.

etrailer Boat Trailer Jack w/ Footplate - Sidewind - Fixed Mount - 29-1/8" Lift - Zinc - 2.5K
Excellent delivery time! Very quick and easy installation. The jack feels well made the cranking is smooth. Highly recommend this jack.
The trailer tongue jack was exactly as described and fit. It seems very sturdy and I feel it will last a good long time. I have been an etrailer customer since 2008 and never had a complaint about any part of any transaction in the past. This time however, communication was an issue. I never got an email that my order was received. I had to write to etrailer days later to confirm they received my order. Then I received an email that the item was "in stock" , but wouldn't ship for 8 more days. Had to write to them about that.... The order then shipped promptly. Thise issues would not stop me from doing business with them again, because I know I get good quality parts at fair prices. But I do hope their customer communication goes back to what it was...

Square A-Frame Jack w/ Footplate - Drop Leg - Sidewind - 28-3/4" Lift - 3,000 lbs
Jack works great. Damaged the original when I forgot to lift the foot and hit my concrete parking apron. After I straighten out the mount this jack fit the hole perfectly and works great.
Wish I would have upgraded sooner, is the first thing that comes to mind. The original equipment jack should be against the law of building trailers. I've never owned a trailer from a company that installs a jack long enough to reach the ground and lift the trailer off the ball, without having to use a block of some sort. This solves that issue! The drop leg alone gets you within an inch or two of where you'll start winding the jack to lift it off the ball. The side handle location is better in my opinion, and this has a grease fitting for maintenance. When installing, I had to turn the round hole into a square hole using my angle grinder with a cutoff wheel, maybe took 20 minutes to lay out the cut lines, make the cuts, and finish up with a file to smooth the edges. You will have to re-locate the 2 rear holes of the jack when mounting as they don't line up with the original ones. This is no big deal though, and even though the metal I was drilling through was pretty thick, if you'll put a few drops of oil in the spot you're drilling and then re-apply once or twice while drilling, this part will go quickly and easily and you won't burn your drill bit up. Don't forget the original equipment bolts are threaded, so you'll need some bolts, washers and nuts once you drill the 2 rear holes, unless you have the tools to thread them. I hope those few humble suggestions help anyone considering buying this. I couldn't be happier, and I"ll be buying another for my smaller trailer, even though this is rated for way more than it can haul. Worth every penny, don't hesitate to buy.

Pro Series Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack - Bolt On - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,000 lbs
Easy install to provide greatly improved unhitched trailer handling. This item was the final component to complete a refurbished trailer for my catamaran. My project started with a 1987 Calkins single-axle used trailer, adding the following E Trailer parts: 1. Miro-Flex Trailer Stop/Turn/Tail Light unit 2. CE Smith V-Wing Bolster Brackets 3. Rectangular Trailer Reflectors, Adhesive Mount - Amber 4. Erickson Hide-A-Hook Truck or Trailer Anchors 5. Pro Series Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack and completed with a hand-built frame assembly and covered bunk boards.
The trailer jack was the perfect addition to my little utility trailer. Makes moving it around a lot easier now. The swivel feature works well and tucks the wheel and jack up out of the way when not in use. The upgrade to the trailer included the trailer jack, spare tire holder, fenders/brackets, 12" wheels/tires and a spare. I also purchased an anti rattle hitch stabilizer to help quiet down the noise. New longer safety chains are on order and are the last item needed to complete the upgrade.

Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack - Topwind - 15" Lift - 5,000 lbs
This was the third jack for an tandem enclosed cargo trailer that weighs about 7000 pounds loaded. The trailer belongs to a Non-profit living history group of which I am the "Seneschal" which essentially means the guy with the truck big enough to pull the trailer. My responsibilities also include repair and maintenance of all of the gear and the trailer. The original jack was damaged and I had purchased a "speed jack" from another company and installed it last October and did not use the trailer until April of this year. One use and that jack failed. Upon dissection I discovered that the Chinese manufacturer failed to lubricate it and the bearings were rusted and in various stages of disintegration. After a bit of cursing and a bit more internet research I found etrailer. Once I abandoned the idea of a "speed jack" and went with the drop jack, I found that etrailer had what I needed at a competitive price. Calling etrailer lead to a delightful experience rich with excellent customer service with likes of which I have never experienced in my 58 years. I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised when etrailer upgraded my shipping for free. The parts even arrived a day earlier than the upgraded date. I have installed the jack and everything fit as promised. I have attached a picture. I must emphasize that this company has the best customer service that I have ever encountered.
Installed the tounge jack yesterday.fits perfect works great .no issues what so ever.i love etrailer and its staff!!!!absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and quick to reply.I HIGLY recommend etrailer.

Buyers Products Heavy-Duty 4" Square Jack w/ Side Pin Drop Leg - Sidewind - 26" Lift - 12K
When I purchased this leg I planned on replacing them as a set. I could not find the same leg that was reversed for the passenger side. Although the legs work perfectly and I love the retractable spring action. You will definitely need to know how to weld, flip the gear inside and have a drill and tap for new grease fitting location. I installed them so the release pins were on the outside.
Awesome jack. Put this jack on my travel trailer and works so much better then the standard jack thrry come with.

Pro Series Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate - Sidewind - 15" Lift - 5,000 lbs
Purchased to stabilize my recently obtained trailer for hauling my tractor. The jacks add a great deal of security and safety to the operation by allowing me to block the downward movement of the rear of the trailer while driving the tractor onto it, then being able to remove them once loaded for transport.
Excellent Value Pros: Great price for this load rating and travel 1 Dia edge margin for 5/8" dia. nom. pin with 3/8" shoulder to weld to your trailer Cons: Slic pin provided instead of a more positive Clevis Pin I measured 15-3/8" to center of the Slic pin (retracted) and 30-1/4" (extended) after 110 +/- 5 cranks. As received sitting next to my Square-drop steel

Bulldog A-Frame Round Jack - Sidewind - 15" Lift - Zinc - 5,000 lbs
My horse trailer jack was getting super hard to crank, I tried greasing it, but it didn't help much This jack arrived quickly, was was easy to install, and now, for about a hundred bucks, I can raise my trailer off my hitch with one hand.
Very solid jack with good gearing, a great replacement for the stock jack that was on my trailer.

Pro Series Square Jack with Footplate - Drop Leg - Sidewind - 28-11/16" Lift - 5,000 lbs
If etrailer didn't have such a detailed website, I may have shopped somewhere else. But it was because they have a section where you can ask questions and get detailed answers that I decided to buy the Pro Series jack above. My ATV trailer jack is 2-1/4 " square at the top and welded to the frame. The large nut inside that moves the jack up and down had stripped. Couldn't find another nut anywhere - not locally or on the internet, nor would a machine shop make one for less than $200! Only options were to cut the old jack free and weld on a new one - or - scab parts from a new one and hope they would fit. I took a chance on the latter. Michael Howell really went out of his way to disassemble another of these jacks and measure the o.d. of the main screw inside for me. It was exactly what I needed! The jack came on time and was immediately placed on the operating table. Had a devil of a time punching the pin from the side gear, but after that, and a little grinding on the screw top, I fitted the lower half of the new jack to the gears and handle of the old one. Chock another one up for good old American inginuity and elbow grease! $77 and 2 hours later I had a brand new bouncing baby jack. No cutting, No welding, No Problem!! Pictures of finished jack included. Thanks guys! This saved me well over $100, and now I can go 4-wheeling again!
Ordered two on Thursday at 7:30 pm and they arrived Monday before noon to central MN. The box was a little beat up but neither were damaged. Very well built product and very smooth cranking. Mounted on the back corners of a 3000 lb. fishhouse that was a travel trailer. We had to replace the bumper as it rusted out and the existing jacks only had a 7" lift with no drop leg. Now we won't have to jack and block, jack and block. The free shipping was the deal maker as they weigh 22 lb.s each. I would recommend this product.

Round, Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w/ Footplate - Weld On - Zinc - Topwind - 10-3/4" Travel - 2K
Nice little jack, especially for the price. It's very sturdy and solid. It does rattle around some when it's up and the trailer is moving; I'm thinking of using a bungee to snug it up, but that's for aesthetic purposes only. It works fine.
Good inexpensive jack. I ordered two. My use for them is somewhat "off label". My 19" 9000# capacity flatbed trailer has a label on the dovetail indicating that the rear of the trailer should be supported for any loads over #3000. Personally I think supporting the rear for a trailer is always a good idea when loading and unloading. It puts less strain on the rear of the trailer and it prevents the trailer from lifting the rear of the tow vehicle during loading which can be extremely dangerous. I had a friend weld the tube mounts on each side of the rear of the trailer. See pictures below. Now I don't need cribbing or chunks of wood to shove under the rear of the trailer. These will also adapt well to uneven ground. They can be stowed horizontally, like in the picture or removed when not needed.

Fast and friendly
Better than wood the breaks every six months even with a shoe. Doesn't provide a food source for stinging and biting critters. They may live there by there's no wood to munch on.

Square Pipe Mount Swivel Jack w Footplate - Drop Leg - Weld On - Topwind - 28-7/8" Lift - 7K
So far been holding up very well. Used as a tongue jack on some hopper bottom pup trailers and these jacks give us the reach to be able to unhook them from the pintle without need to hunt around for wood blocks to place under the jack.
Was having issues with the trailer lifting the backend of my truck when I loaded tractors. When I would drive the tractor on the back of the trailer would go down from the weight on the rear which caused the front of the trailer to lift the backend of my truck. So, I bought a couple of the Square, Pipe Mount, Swivel Jacks with Footplates and a Drop Leg. They are Topwind, 7K, Jacks. I had them welded on. This should stop the issue I'm having. I know the 7K was a little over kill but the price was great.

Fulton Boat Trailer Jack w/ Wheel - Sidewind - Swivel - 10" Lift - Zinc - 1.2K
Your products are reliable and ship quickly. Have used etrailer for many years for a lot of our trailer parts. You are great partners!
I have a 1998 Coleman Westlake Pop-up Camper. The original swivel jack has seen better days. It was rated at #500. I did a little measuring on the existing welded plate mount, popped the snap ring lose, ordered this jack, waited 24-hours for new jack to arrive, slid it on the old welded plate, replaced the snap ring, cranked it up and down; slept like a baby!!! It took 15- minutes. Thanks E-Trailer... I have purchased from you several times for different items and have ALWAYS been completely satisfied, with support text, videos and info you provide.

Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack w/ External Gearbox - Sidewind - 14" Lift - 2,000 lbs
Mounted on the bottom of the new trailer jack i bought from etrailer. Everything works as advertised. Fair price and great customer service
The jack I have purchased came without a handle. Nothing in the description says that it doesn’t come with a handle. I call customer service and the automated voice says 5-7 minute wait time, turns into a 30min+ wait time. Then I hang up. I just want to get the handle for the trailer jack I purchased.

Valterra Trailer Jack Stand - Polyethylene - 8-5/8" Diameter x 8-3/8" Tall - 5K
Product came quickly and was in excellent condition
Pretty good. I camp with my trailer. Which to me means dirt, grass etc. I also hang out in trailer suburbs, aka “campgrounds “. This is far less stable than my previous stack of wood, and can feel pretty sketchy on lumpy, uneven ground. In fact I’ve had my tongue jack slip off once. For now I’m sticking with it, but I’m very cautious of how it’s sitting when I disconnect from my truck. On off-level spots (the majority of where I camp), it’s completely normal for the trailer to shift forward or back a bit when I disconnect, and his stand can get really wobbly when that happens. I have to take my time and readjust till it sits solid/flat and I’m comfortable it’s stable.
What our customers are saying:
"I looked at the pricing online then compared it to the shops in the bay area. Even with 3rd day shipping the cost was slightly cheaper than the stores. Plus all the trailer centers are a long drive and in the bay area that means allot. I am extremely happy and will shop here again."
