Exactly what I needed for my boat trailer. When retracted it clears the road. The flip up hitch that was on it could not handle the salt water dips and seized up after a year. This is a lifetime jack.

Jack works great. Damaged the original when I forgot to lift the foot and hit my concrete parking apron. After I straighten out the mount this jack fit the hole perfectly and works great.

Instillation was very easy and it works amazingly. My trailer had a electric jack before and I was always having to maintain a battery, now I don't he to mess with that and it lifts super easy. I highly recommend this jack for enclosed trailers or heavy tongue weighted trailers.

Worked Great the first year. My battery died so I used the manual override feature the key broke < 2yrs old. Having trouble getting a replacement Pin and Bolt Adapter.

After a year it has become hard to turn, tried to lubricate it but still hard after any weight is placed on it. Requires two hands and an excessive amount of force. Would not recommend for long term reliability

The jack fit perfectly on my 5x10 trailer and the operation of the jack is super smooth. I also bought the optional wheel and foot for it. The wheel makes it easy to move around our place doing light yard work without having to hook it to the truck. The lawn tractor can easily pull it via the safety chains.
