Hello, neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at our 10,000 pound rated Bulldog Square Jack with foot plate and a nice drop leg. It is what we consider a side-wind jack, and this particular one's gonna give you a lift of 20 and one eighth inches total lift. Now folks, this has a nice outer and inner tube that overlap. It is a weld-on application. There's no mounting brackets or anything.
You would just simply weld it onto your trailer frame, maybe up there at the tongue area, wherever you need it. It's heavy duty, the foot plate's, heavy duty, eight by eight and a half inches, has a nice built-in drop leg. You simply pull the pin, take the pin out. Now obviously this would be welded up on the trailer and then plate would then fall to wherever you need it. You got lots of height there, four different holes it looks like, and those holes are spaced out three and a quarter inches on center.
So that kind of gives you an idea of the different increments. And then again, it's a side wind jack, so you just crank it. The ergonomic candle here spins as you crank up or down. You got a nice gear system up in here. There's a grease stud here for greasing and doing your maintenance on those gears and everything.
Now this is A-S-A-B-E compliant. When it's fully extended, you're gonna have 40 inches overall, top to bottom, and when it's retracted fully, it'll be 19 and 15/16 of an inch retracted. I've actually got it up about an inch and a half here, just so I could manipulate that footplate a lot easier for the demo. So right now it's a little bit higher than fully closed. It'd probably be about an inch and a half shorter, as you're seeing it right now.
static capacity is 10,000 pounds. The drop leg increases that overall extension, making it super quick to, deploy and crank back up the jack whenever you need to use it. It's got a nice gray weather resistant coating on the outer tube and zinc plate on all the inner tube and the foot plate. The square design gives you superior side loading capacity compared to the round jacks that are out there. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Just a quick look at this Bulldog Square Jack with drop leg and foot plate. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
Great product and excellent customer service!
