Question:
Another Mil-Surplus M1101 Trailer related question - I want to convert my M1101 to use current 2021 Jeep wheels 5x5 with my M1101 and TIMBREN now offers their Timbren P/N: P107C Axle-Less Wheel Adapter Kit for Jeep, 6x6.5 to 5x5 and state that it is compatible with ASR35HDS05. Im also planning to install the RedArc Tow-Pro Trail Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness - Dash Knob - Off-Road Mode - RED22CR. Can you provide me with a comprehensive list of items I need to purchase to meet my goal? So far I have: 1. Timbren P107C 2. Timbren ASR35HDS05 or ASR35HDS04, or ASR35HDS07 3. Timbren 500931PR ebrake 6 x 6.5 hubs? -or- 4. Timbren 82655_26x6.5 hubs? -and- 5. ebrake actuator? I would like to order everything in one shot.

Not another one! Just kidding Dirk! I was in the Marines I enjoy these conversion questions on the M1101 trailers. I'd be more than happy to list the parts you need, along with quantity, and confirm compatibility.
1 - Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension item # ASR35HDS05
1 - Timbren Jeep Wheel Adapter for Axle-Less Suspension item # T26GR. I did confirm it works with the item # ASR35HDS05
2 - Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly item # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K
1 - etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - 12" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies item # AKEBRK-6
Here's a list of the wiring parts you'll need to send the braking signal from your Jeep to the trailer's brakes. You don't need an actuator for electric brakes. For off-roading, I highly recommend using a junction box to secure and organize your trailer's wiring.
1 - etrailer Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box and RV Style Connector item # e99011
Sold by the foot - 12 Gauge 2 Conductor Jacketed Brake Wire item # 12-2-1
1 - Bright Way Trailer Breakaway Kit with Charger, LED Tester, and 5 Ah Battery item # 3802346
Additionally, the Redarc Tow-Pro Trail Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness item # RED22CR you referenced is exactly what you need for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler. It comes with a custom fit harness that will make for an easy installation.
I know that's quite a list of parts. If you have any additional questions, go ahead and click on the box that says Add Comment and I'll be happy to answer them.

Still spitballing here - Modified query - If all I wanted to do was change the hub to 6 on 6.5, would AKHD-655-6-EZ-K fit? I see the inner sizes of the inner and outer bearings look like they might fit the original axel.
