Question:
Hello I recently sent a message looking for replacement pins on item e66PR. Its the pins that hold the adjustable ball in place. If you could get back to me on that as soon as possible that would be great. My customer is waiting on a response. Thanks

Hey Bob, thanks for reaching out. We do have pins that will work with the etrailer Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # e66PR. There is not a direct replacement for the pins available, but you can use the Replacement Pins and Clips for Curt Adjustable Channel Mount Hitches item # C45925. They are a bit longer than the pins that come with the ball mount but they will work for replacing the adjustment pins.
If you want a locking pin, the etrailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98881 is what I recommend. You can order one for the hitch lock, then you can order one (or two) more for locking the ball platform into the channel. These locking pins are a bit longer than what came with the ball mount, but they will still work great for securing everything.
