It's a good hitch. I used it for a bumper mount bike hitch. Be aware that this shortens your clearance by 5 inches underneath the bumper which is a big deal on an nv200. Anything you put on your bumper hitch will drag when you go in and out of driveways and into parking lots. Installing it was a bit difficult, having to thread the nuts through the frame from the back of the vehicle to where it bolts on. I totalled the vehicle and decided not to uninstall it for reuse because it would have been too difficult to get the nuts out, and it could not be reinstalled without the nuts.
Install per instructions without problems. Third hitch I've bought from etrailer, great customer service after the sale.
Fishing the bolts like what was on your video is impossible.

Pretty easy install. Only used for hitch mounted bike rack and it worked perfectly!
I had my mechanic install the hitch and lighting system because I didn't have a lift and, well, quite frankly, it was too damn hot outside for this chubby [me] to be rolling around in the driveway. Mechanic said the install was a pretty painless process, all the bolt holes lined up, etc.. Seems to be a very high quality product, shipping was a breeze, good communication with seller. Highly recommended.

Hitch and wiring worked perfect. Was a bit tricky fishing the bolts thru the frame tubes, you just have to take your time.
I am glad that this hitch does not stick out so far from the back of my van as to make it a tripping hazard. I really like that it is easy to access but yet extends out from the back door less than a foot.
Everything ordered was delivered as promoted and very fast delivery. I will purchase again from etrailer and recommend my friends.
