  All other things being equal, it is always preferable to have matching tires on your trailer. Different tire brands may have different tread depths and may wear at different rates due to variances in the formula used in their rubber compound. However, you can use the two different tires if you wish.   Hey Michael, thanks for reaching out. We do offer some 175/80-13 tires but load range D will be the highest available. There are no load range E tires in this size. For example, what I recommend is the Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Black Mod Wheel # AM31990. This comes on a 5 on 4-1/2" wheel and has a D load range so a 1,650-lb maximum load at 70 psi. With no load range E options out there, this tire will be your best bet for the size you need.
