Are the 13 inch tire/rim combos pre balanced?

The Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13 inch White Wheel, part # AM31233, is received from the supplier already with the tire mounted on the wheel. The supplier does not balance the combination, but when the tire is installed to the wheel they will line the high (heavy) spot on the tire with the low (light) spot on the wheel. This does not completely balance the tire and wheel combination but it does eliminate any excessive out of balance condition.
It would be a good idea to have them balanced before you install them on your trailer. Having the tires balanced will help the tires wear evenly and reduce vibration on the trailer.
You will also want to make sure to always run the maximum tire pressure listed on the tire so the tire can be used to its maximum load capacity.
